A climate change study you probably haven't seen

I don't know if this will be useful to Steve but the study shows that 95% of the greenhouse effect comes from water vapor.

Study

Steve, what will be the effects of steering a comet into a cold planet?  :)

I'd guess water vapor is a pretty safe greenhouse gas.  Although how hard is it to put water vapor in the air of a planet without water?
