From my experience, it does not check if these Facilities are actually running, meaning population.
So this solution is imperfect for Automation.

First Post :)

This has been bugging me a long time: Standing Orders for Automatic Overhaul at colony don't check for MSP, Fuel, Population or even if there is enough Capacity.

Example being, just dug up a Maintenance Facility somewhere, suddenly my Survey Ships all go there and slowly fall apart in Orbit there when I don't check on them regularly.

Therefore, my Suggestion is adding some sort of Toggle like the Automatic Refuel to ignore a colony as Target for Automatic Overhaul.

There is definitely some work to do here, however, based on this from Steve https://aurora2.pentarch.org/index.php?topic=11593.msg138675#msg138675 you still require enough Maintenance facilities to actually service the overall tonnage of the fleet/ship in question for the location to be validated.

In theory, you should be producing and or keeping MSP where you have Maintenance facilities since their main purpose is to service ships in orbit.
