Screens too big

 I saw Aurora 4x ages ago but had problems getting to the download because of the forum not being able to handle the traffic.  Recently I tried again and managed to download it without a problem.  I've been having a great time playing and learning about the game.  But I have problems with the game windows being too big for my screen (1366x768 resolution).  I've put reduced height windows on and tried changing the resolution and font size.  I even downloaded infinity screen to be able to see stuff outside my screen but it still doesnt work on some of the screens.  It seems that the writing and buttons at the bottom of the tabs are actually not fitting onto the tabs, not that the tabs won't fit on the screen.  Is there any way I can fix the problem? Please help!

Also, sorry if there's another post that tells me the answer, I haven't been able to find one.

Check your local craiglist or gumtree or similar for a cheap monitor that can do 1280x1024 or 1440x900 resolution, then plug it to your laptop, would be my recommendation.

Have you tried the workarounds? Or any of the scrolling desktop options?

Past that, either buy a bigger laptop, or hang around till c# aurora comes out.
