This will make a basic race by spending its SP to make a planet and the race itself. Below is a sample of what it is currently doing. The Disadvantages and Biology/Physiology sections are now incorporated. The Program picks 0 to 3 disadvantages currently at random, and will do the same with the advantages. the advantages subroutine will be run until it runs out of points or hits an expense it cannot cover. The remaining SP will then be converted into PP at a 1 for 50 ratio.


Example:

Biology/Physiology:

Levo Amino Acid DNA, Non-standard, oppositely-twisted Type (0 SP)
Struthionidae (ostrich-like)
Insectivorous (0 SP)


Disadvantages:

It Won't Matter (+5 SP) +10% populace upkeep.
We Don't Need the Inferior Vermin! (+5 SP) cannot assimilate conquered colonies into your Power. Conquered regions never get better than Pacified in control type. (not available to Hiveminds).
