If you install using the portable/wrapper it automatically sets it. If you don't know where/how to change properties (like , to .) I recommend just using the wrapper HERE.

That's strange I was pretty certain Sweden used (. ).

oh well, how do I change the rigi settings (W10)? And can I set them for just the one program?

Ther is a directory called "Logs" but I still get the same message.

Create a directory on the same drive you installed in called "Logs", like "C:\Logs"
