Title: Weapon/missile loadout bug

Latest version of SA. When selecting the loadout for a carrier, the F5 screen drops out fighter ECM, ECCM, fighter decoys, and fFk. You can select it, but the info disappears, and isn't counted for the amount of msp space used.

This is similar, and probably related to the known bug that drops AFM2 and AFMc from Magazine loadouts.

IIRC this is a table setup issue.  May be a setting in Ordinance or Tech Systems.  Steve?

I believe its because the appropriate entries are missing from the Weapon table and I think I have already added them for the next version. The last WeaponID I have in my database is 379. What is the last one for the released version?

Hmm I have only added BAM and kinetic weapons since then so that may not be the problem
