As a side effect, there is no reason to have more than 3 month deployment time on all commercial ships?

IIRC morale counts only when performing action that needs a dice roll. Commercial vessels perform no said action so its irrelevant. And yes, 3 months is enough.

Im not.
I hate 1UPT, i hate the mobile/cell phone game aesthetics, i hate districts and many many more "features" in CIV 6. Only thing good about this game is music.
CIV 4 is still the God Emperor for me.

P.s. those frakking tech quotes are beyond awful .. Like they compiled them from some "top 100 cool quotes" clickbait site or something like that .. Compared to Alpha Centauri its a frakking joke.

I dont have pics but i had two very strange systems :

One with TWO colony cost 0 planets ( close to, it was something akin to 0.25 colony cost ) , one moon and one comet and nothing else.
And second with only ONE 0 colony cost planet AND NOTHING ELSE, not even the lousiest of moons or asteroids :D

It felt like playing some Master of Orion game :)

I try to make them more livable (Earth-like atmosphere). Getting it to 0.2 Oxygen, Greenhouse/Anti-greenhouse gas to bring temp to around 14* C, and the rest is Nitrogen, all without going to far away from 1 pressure.

Dont forget - removal of every ounce of dangerous gas like ammonia, methane etc.

So i was playing Aurora while listening some music from YT playlist...

Discovered THREE alien races on one planet, each of them equal or more powerfull than me going by the EM/TH signatures of the population ...
Two of them turned hostile and destroyed ~75-80 % of Maritime Group 3 sent on a peaceful envoy ( 14 ships out of 18 ship group )...
