I have a scientist who is up to a 55% bonus in power and propulsion, he can only handle 15 labs but still I am impressed

Yeah, I've got one at 55% in Energy Weapons with 35 labs.  Of course that's 14 years into a standard start....  On the downside, I went those 14 years without anyone in Propulsion or Construction, so I've been spending a lot of that time without the 4x bonus....
