Why not post it here?

Anyway, I'd like a copy.

Easiest way? Email it to me and I'll put it up here. Well... that's the quickest. ;)

My email is eluken@pentarch.org since the board email is still freaky.

G'Day Damon,

Didn't Marvin say (a couple of weeks ago on the Mailing List) not to issue another Sky Marshall, as he was looking into selling Starfire?

I would say to hell with Marvin, nothing is being sold so he can't do smeg about folks putting out free fiction based on an idea. You see, here in the US you can NOT copyright an idea. Actual writings, yes, ideas no. So if I was Damon, I would tell ole Marv to take a long walk off a short pier.

If I'd thought of it before today, I'dve grabbed the logs prior. But, between 11-5 and today, there have been 4 downloads. Prior to that? No idea, though I am willing to bet that is when most of the downloads occurred too.

Mavin OK'd the posting of SkyMarshal 9 on my site.  It was future SkyMarshals he was talking about.

Anyone know which parts he sold and too who?

I dont believe that he has actually sold anything as yet - as i understand it, he is making sure that he has recinded all the rights that he had previously granted (eg Skymarshals, the Computerised version etc) so that if a sale does eventuate he can convey the property unencumbered.

Mind you my source for this is at least third hand so things may well have changed.
