As you can see in the attached screenshot, I've been busy at work.

This is the master tech tree. The form isn't quite finished. I'm planning on allowing projects to be initiated from this window. It is currently accessible via Empire -> Civilian Sector -> Research. Clicking a tech in the tree will show the particulars for it. I'm still going back and forth whether or not to disable the Initiate button based on missing pre-requisites. I most likely will.

Of course, I don't have all of the tech in the database yet. All of the theoretical tech is in and some of the applied science tech.
