Filtering and pausing
« on: November 09, 2013, 02:31:35 PM »
My game is in a long period where nothing much is happening.  So, I'd just like to let it run for a while, come back, and make my next move.  However, the civilians frequently build new ships, which stops the simulation and requires that I push the button again.  I see how to hide the civilian construction message, but the game still stops.  Is there a way to have it keep going?

I know I can set a minimum number of turns.  Is that the best approach?

Thanks.

It would be nice to have more options available to choose exactly what does or doesn't stop autoturns.
At different points in a game there is different levels of urgency to various events.
