Any news on the volcano in Sicily?

Sorry about the off topic post but my girlfriend's daughter is based at the Navy base in Sicily.

I figured that you guys would know more about it than US news.

ATM dont worries about volcano activities.
normal little eruptions.

Thank you.

I have since Skyped with her and from her description, the biggest problem was washing the ash off of the vehicles.

I remember from the Mt. St. Hellens eruption how much of a pain the ash can be.  It'll take the paint right off the car if you wipe it.
