So I spent too much money on this game this past weekend. Does anyone else play?

I just bought it myself, have only run the teaching battle a couple of times, haven't gotten into the more advanced rules yet. Work keeps getting in the way of finding the time to play. I do like the game quite a bit, you get the feel of the quick nimble corvettes and the ponderous Victory Star Destroyers fighting it out. I think adding commanders, specialty teams, and ships should be very interesting.

I did manage to get two of the introductory scenarios in and played during the convention. A few things that, on a second and third read of the rules, I'd done wrong. But that's the idea of learning :)
What I'd love to do is run a mass battle with everything I have.

I was rereading the rules earlier and had one of those "doh" moments, when I realized what one the rules said and how we had played were really far off. We wondered what they were thinking but now it makes much more sense. Now, I really want to run a battle with the Imperial Star Destroyers and Home One when they come out. Just wish they would quit pushing back the release date.

Amen to that. It would be nice. I've got 2 VSD, a GSD, 2 CR90, 2 Neb-B and the AF2. Plus 40 fighter squadrons. :D Think I'm going to get another CR90 and Neb-B. Possibly another GSD and VSD.
With Wave 2, I'll get 1 of each to begin. Probably duplicates on the non-S&V ships.
