Looks like there is a possible new conflict for the Eastasian's caused by thier exploration of Shanghai.  Looks like they have a side door into Eurasian space through the Nantes/Marseille Triangle.

Just curious -

what is the number under each system on the maps?

I thought it was the system number, but I see several numbers are repeated for individual races (eg 398, 458, 485, 392), so obviously thats not what it is...

the numbers below are the survey points needed at each jump point survey location. The number on the right with the % are the percent of system bodies that have had a geological survey complete.

Note that if Steve had chosen the appropiate options, the System ID would be  a three didit integer immediately after the System Name in brackets eg Sol (023)

The intended future capital for the Alliance is in Xuzhou, which has a world with ideal conditions except for an oxygen level slightly below that required. It also has vast mineral deposits. Although Nanjing and Shaoyang both show habitable worlds, they are colony cost 1.80 and 1.08 respectively due to low temperatures. It will be easier to raise Xuzhou Prime's oxygen level from 0.088 to 0.1

Map for Eurasian Union. The system of Le Harve has an almost ideal world, except for bromine in its atmosphere which is currently being removed. There are also two other worlds in the system that can be terraformed. The main Eurasian mining operation is in Lille.
