when i try to login in it says that they are waiting for admin appoval what does it mean i have already registered and it accpect pls help me

It means the account has yet to be approved by the admin. It takes a while and he has to do it manually. Asking for him to speed it up will usually put yours on the backlog (meaning he will take longer).

And don't create more than one account. Or I will randomly pick one to accept and not tell you which. Or just deny them all. So don't.
