Ships of the three factions I am playing in my own game. My goal was to have three factions which are stuck in the Dreadnought style naval mindset, although some have moved out of it. I'm not really looking for any suggestions or help, I just figured I'd post them here in case anyone wanted to see them.
This is also pretty early game, since three factions makes the game run a lot slower, so not as much time has passed.
British Empire
The Royal Navy has mostly focused on building heavily armored, slow ships, but recently they have begun building ships armed with torpedos.

The Colonial was the first ship designed, meant to perform as both a geosurvey ship to find minerals, and a small weapons platform so that space-based interests were not entirely ignored. This multi-tasking was a result of having only one available naval shipyard at game start.

The Resolution II is based off an older design which was the testbed for torpedo weaponry, although that class was never built. It's torpedo armament is double an Illustrious', although it lacks in railguns. The shipyard for it is still expanding, so it hasn't entered production yet.
