Yeah, I just got one from a post that was answered in may, and which I remember to have seen already.

I'm getting the popups in ie 11 but not in Edge
also I'm still regularly getting ones from 2010,  and not always from threads I've posted in.

Really? But it is not generated in the moment. I got the note for your answer just now, but those maybe 20 from before came stored from weeks of absence. Well, but if there is no function, then I will have to backtrack through the forum's doings of recent time. As it is Aurora, it might be a tiny adventure. :)

The popup is similar to Facebook's. Just a momentary notice. It is also separate from the Unread Posts (which is just a link).

Not an issue, but rather a question: I got here after some away time just now, and received some neat new notes on the right side, which told me that I apparently received some answers in a couple of posts.(not sure what is counted as answer though - just a reply somewhere where I had been OP, or a real citation)
Problem is, they vanished as quickly as they came, and I couldn't even catch a glimpse of what, where, and anyway. The "unread posts" section doesn't seem to have an option to list that again, but could a function for this be hiding elsewhere? The system already creates some log after all, as otherwise the pop-up notes wouldn't exist, or not ???
