No. A fully-stabilized jump point can be transited by any ship. Note that if one side of a jump point has been stabilized, any ship can jump through but only ships with a jump drive or in a fleet with another ship with a jump drive can return.

Also, even if a jump point is stabilized jump drives are still necessary if you need to do squadron jumps, e.g. during a jump point assault against a hostile defending force.

I've looked for an answer to this question:   Do you need to equip a ship with a Jump Drive if the Jump Point has been Stabilized with a
Gate on both Sides?
