It's very unusual to find so many potentially habitable worlds in so few systems. Are you sure they have suitably dense oxygen atmospheres? if you look at this Atmospheric composition column on the F9 window, those planets with oxygen will have a number in parantheses before the percentage. Unless there is oxygen and that number is higher than 0.07, there is no chance of any NPR.

No, I did mean higher. 0.07 atm, which is about 35% of Earth's own atmospheric oxygen content is the low end of NPR generation range. 0.4, or double Earth's oxygen is the high end. Unless oxygen content is between those two values, there won't be any check for NPR generation.
