i bet u meant lower - there is 0.07-0.4 range for oxy
No, I did mean higher. 0.07 atm, which is about 35% of Earth's own atmospheric oxygen content is the low end of NPR generation range. 0.4, or double Earth's oxygen is the high end. Unless oxygen content is between those two values, there won't be any check for NPR generation.
