grey screen of doom

hey i have just installed aurora and did have the error problem till i read that i should install outside of program files.  now when i create a game i just get the tool bar at the top and when i enlarge the box i just get a grey screen :/ help please

The toolbar is the game. No need to expand it. You should get a window initially allowing you to select a game. If this doesn't appear, there is a menu option to reset all windows.
