have u sometimes think to an "Mothballed" System,for older Warships?
Same as @Traveller trillionCreditSquadroon rules?

i think r interesting put in orbit around a NavalDepot  base this elder or obsolete or "too many" Ships.And obviously without crew,or low level readiness.

it's interesting for my NavalDoctrine,in Time of Peace.
