change empire name

Is it possible to change the empire name? If possible how can i do it? I only managed to change the short name, but the full name doesn't change.

Go to the race page (control+F2) and click the rename button. It first asks for The full empire name, then the short name. You'll need to reload any window which shows the empire name in order for the change to be visible on that window. You'll need to exit altogether to see the change on the title bar.
