Switching from "Low Gravity" to "normal"

I wanted to test the functionality of genetic modification, so I set up a human race, which is a little more restricted than usual:

Ideal Gravity: 1.00 G (+/- 0.45 G)

So there is basically no planet colonizeable in Sol. I then created an underground base on Luna and began populating it with the default race, and converted them to a "0.4G Human Race", then deleted the original colony. However, the Planet Suitabilty stayed on "Low Gravity"; I either misexpected it to change, missed something so it can change, or it's a bug.

So, has anyone experience with this feature?
