Sharing of Geodata
« on: March 28, 2016, 07:42:13 AM »
Following Setup:

Albany - Allied & Geological Data Exchange - with Barnard
Barnard - Allied & Geological Data Exchange - with Caesar

Geodata is given from Albany to Barnard, but not from Barnard to Caesar.

I guess the algorithm does not work recursive. So I wanted to give the data manually to Caesar. But there is no way to do so. So I went to F9 Screen and wanted to enable the Geodata for the surveyed planets to Caesar. But the Button seems to do nothing. Bug?

Geosurvey data cannot pass between second hand sources. In order for data to pass from Albany and Caesar, they need to be friendly enough to trade date. Also they need to have physically visited the system to receive any geo/grav data from allies.
