This post includes bug fixes or minor changes. Any more significant changes will have their own post.

Fixes

* Commanders window is the correct size.
* Governor assignment method retains its value.
* Second-stage missiles release correctly.Minor Changes

* Added a Copy Temp button to the Ground Combat window, that simply copies the selected template without any changes to the unit classes.
* The existing Copy + Update button, which creates an upgraded copy and updates the Organization tab, is renamed to 'Copy + Upgrade'.
* Added a 'Missile Salvos' tab to the Naval Organization window that lists all salvos of the current race. Individual salvos can be deleted from this tab.
