I think I found a bug with civilian transponders but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything before I posted in the bug thread.
When I turned the transponders off all of my empires could still see my shipping lines ship(it only had one at the time) even all the way out past Pluto. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding how transponders are supposed to work.
