Newbie - Engineer brigades

How do you build them?  Not showing as an option on my GU Training tab.    Is there something I need to research?  Or am I looking in the wrong place?  Any suggestions?

I'm looking to get a brigade to support my Xeno team in recovering ruins.

Its a research item .. Logistics/Ground Combat.  I think you have to research some other Ground Forces Tech first (Garrison Bn, Mobile Infantry Bn)

Thanks.    Is it called Engineer Brigade, or is Construction Brigade what you use?  Or is it Combat Engineers?

Construction brigades can recover alien ruins and build things, Combat Engineers get a bonus attacking PDCs.
