Question about missile armor.

My question though, is do these calculations still apply?
Also, does missile armor affect meson damage?

Missile armor does not affect meson damage.

Near as I can tell missile armor rounds to the nearest integer. I can't tell any difference between using 0.51 and 1 armor.
