Carrier Operations again

So I have fighters and bunch of other ships. I can detach the fighters as previously discussed but I can`t seem to rearm. I used Land+Assign so the fighters
should be where they need to be. I tried add parasite ordnance but nothing happened. Also when giving assignments to my geoscouts I had to detach each and manually give each orders. This is fine when you have a few ships but not now. Am I missing something obvious?

One more stupid newb question how to unload fuel from my harvesters? They have refueling systems.

Unsure about carrier operations, just figuring those out myself.

For your fuel harvesters, are they flagged as tankers? I imagine you should be able to draw fuel from them then.

I want to transfer some fuel, just a little from the tanker to harvesters so they can return to jupiter. Is it possible to transfer a certain amount?

In the Ship Design Window --> miscellaneous tab you can set the minimum fuel amount to be left in the tanker after unloading in litres.
