to be honest the map needs reworking a dynamic 3d mapping system ala sins of solar empire 2 maybe i guess time constraints means it wont happen still if such a thing were in game u could zoom in scroll around and it would scale up depending on numbers of worlds ingame

Seems most people describe the jump-map as trees, with the occasional cross-link. You might find this refreshingly different.
For early excitement I tried a 60-star cluster locked in with 3 starting NPRs and zero chance of new additions. Good luck counting the loops.  8)



I ended up increasing the maximum star count within a year of contacting the 3rd NPR.
