Title: Colour the Components List in the Stockpile Tab

Can we get a coloured list like the components list in Class Design, so we can see which of the components are Obsolete.  It may also be nice to colour alien components too.

My list has become long and it's quite a chore to go back and forth and work out which components are obsolete to delete them.

That is already in the changes list for v2.2
