So, what are the new rules for maintenance of fighters and FACs? I saw a post saying that fighters can't be maintained in maintenance facilities anymore, and I just discovered that the same is true of FACs, so you need hangars to keep them in. But is there any way to overhaul them, or to repair fighters? I know FACs can be repaired in shipyards like you always could, but it doesn't seem to work for fighters.
