Desing windows change or bug

Hi this is my ship design windows I this it is a bug but so much is changing now that I don't know.         

So what is happening? Is it a change, a bug, who can i fix this?

You don't have a class selected.  Either select an existing class (the Geo Survey group is closed, click the '+' to open it) or click the New Ship Class button.

I didn't realize that it was not selected during the screen shoot but it actually doesn't fix it.

Aside from the window being maximized, you appear to have Windows dpi scaling enabled or something else has gotten screwed up.

Close all Aurora windows except for the tactical map.  Under the Miscellaneous tab, click the Reset Windows button.  If that doesn't fix it, you may need to adjust your operating system settings.

I had a Windows dpi scaling enabled i bring it back to normal and it fix the problem thanks.
