Discrepancy when transferring scientist to other race

I used SM mode to transfer a scientis from one of my player races to the other (both human, both on earth)
For functionality, it worked fine. I can select him on the research window.
However, he is missing from the list on the left of the leaders screen, while he is not missing from the list on the right on the same screen:


Is there any way to get him on the list on the left as well? Or is this a bug?

Looks like a bug to me, and it makes sense that it would be one (there might be a table or column that didn't get updated properly with the transfer, and this is not a common operation so Steve wouldn't have noticed) - I would log it in the bugs thread.
