Title: -ProbablyCosmetic- Create Research Project fields

v. 1.13.0, no mods.

It never seems to have been reported: simply put in full screen mode the Create Research Project windows: on the right appear two fields, "Entry #1" and "Entry #2", apparently editable.

This would probably get better visibility from Steve if it were posted in the actual bugs thread.

I will add that those entry fields also show on the component design screen when playing with the resizable windows mod.

Known issue and fixed for 1.14 version.
