Despite being a huge fan of Aurora, I've never been a big fan of Space Pandas. ;) Obviously the race folder as it stands may not be to everyone's tastes. As such I have scoured the net for what I view to be more suitable pics.
Now, I cannot stress this strongly enough, I can't take the credit for any of these pics. Some are from image upload sites, some from other 4x game custom race packs and some from the darkest reaches of the interweb. All I have done is convert the files to . bmp and crop/re-size them for Aurora. The pack contains a total of 272 different race images.

Only the first link (www. megaupload. com/?d=9RLC0QKG) is working and it contains the flag pack. After this pack is excellent i would love the see the race pictures. Any chance?

you have to renumber the images - in the packs they're mainly numbered 1-whatever, so overwrite the existing files in those locations. I renumbered all of them a while back with an image processing program - if i get the chance I will repost as long as Treebiter is agreeable

My doubts came exactly from the numbering of the images.

I just replaced all the stock images with treebiters, makes for a better experience imho, its only flags I rename for each alien race now.

Are we happy with the number of races in the pack? I had contemplated making another at some point but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

Does dropbox allow you to share a link, or google docs?

Don't think Dropbox supports this kind of file sharing. As for Google docs, no idea. I have a friend who has his own server. I might ask him to set up an FTP for them if I can't find any alternatives.
While I'm at it I think I'll combine the packs and sort out the numbering scheme.

Dropbox will let you share files no problem, I have to use it all the time. Just upload a zip or rar file and link that. I may have a copy of your flag and race pack somewhere on my hard drive as well...

hey if all your doing is renumbering, if you want I could help out, I have nothign to do so renaming a bunch of files would be no problem, hell, I could possibly make a program to automaticaly do it for the fun of it

A little bug I found in Race Image Pack: the "Race0010" file must be renamed to "Race010".
