no submitting bug reports if you have edited your database OR IF YOU HAVE GOTOs IN YOUR FLEET ORDERS

Considering the amount of UI space it takes up, if Steve converted Conditional Orders to dropdown boxes, you could fit a lot more conditional orders in.  Two dropdown boxes, one for the check, one for the action.
