Aircraft Nicknames

I thought it might be fun if players were given the option for Aurora to name fighters using WW2 type nicknames, such as "Memphis Belle", "Lucky Lady", etc but I can't find a list on the internet anywhere, probably because I am not searching with the right phrase. Does anyone know where I might find such a list?

I don't know about a comprehensive list.  But try searching with key words "nose art".  There are a lot of sites that display photo's of verious birds.
