In the Galactic Map.

Click on SYS POS button( under MAIN button)

Left Side  System Positions, Click on Save Positions, Tool tip will also pop up.

or

Right click- Save System Positions like he said above will also work.

Quick question, is there someway to save the current layout of the galactic map? Its a bit of a pain to have to drag every single system out to trace pathways between stars every time I hit the update button.

Right-Click on any system and I think the option is 'save system positions'.
