Hey all, long time listener, first time caller here.
I've recently gotten back into Aurora and have started my first serious long term game since I've had kids. Any parent with a limited time frame or possibly student studying etc. will be aware of how time intensive leaving and coming back to a game at the drop of a hat can be, no sooner have I planned my next wave of colonisation when all of a sudden the kids are awake. Then to come back to the game a half hour later having forgotten the whole plan and spending move time planning the whole thing again. Worse still is being half way through executing a plan, getting side tracked and coming back to no clue what stage I was in of the colonisation program etc.
I've been wondering what sort of setup people use to keep track of everything, (not necessarily in an RP way) so they literally play drop in drop out Aurora.
I will link what I am currently using and welcome suggestions, It's pretty barebones but I've been using it for long enough to get some tunnel vision about it so I'd like to see if there is anything people think should be added/would make it even easier.
(Remove the spaces as this is my first post and they are automatic which means I also can't link)

(This is my own Drop in Drop out Companion, edited to try explain its functions)
I've also been using the following after much thread searching and would welcome any other helpers/calculators people could recommend
