Tempting to 'cheat'
« on: June 24, 2019, 05:30:10 AM »
I'm new to the game, I just discovered it.
I do not even scratch the surface, less, I just hold 'the box' in my hand.

If I understand this function correctly, then I can simply add one or more traits to my commanders and increase the value and performance of my commanders.

Isn't that tempting to 'cheat'?  ???

The traits are for roleplaying purposes only and have no impact on the game.

Oh, OK then.  Confusing and maybe a bit superfluous.

There are plenty of ways to 'cheat'. If you go into Spacemaster Mode you can add extra ships, technology or minerals. However, it is a single-player game so the person you would be cheating against is yourself :)
