Title: New Alien Race!!!

One of my sensor stations identified a new alien race, called ...... Civilians! The station had picked up some of my own civilian freighters or colonisers and thought they were a new alien race. I assume this is a bug.

I've had this happen before when one of my own tugs entered the sensor range in a colony system, pulling a shipyard there from the homeworld. Was strange, and not something that had happened to me before that game, even when tugging shipyards around. Assumed it was intended, if weird.
