Way to check how many NPRs there actually are

Hi,
Is there a way (eg SM option in a certain tab) to "peek behind the curtain" and check how many NPRs the game actually contains? Preferrably one without DB editing/reading. I vaguely remember that there was a way to do this in C#, but I cant find it.

Nevermind, found it:
Enter Spacemaster Mode
Go to System Information and click on Create Race
The drop down for the species has most (all?) NPRs
