New Functionality

A few new items for v3.1

At the moment when you look at the F9 System View, if you have detected an alien population you will see the name of the race and the exact population in this window. As you really don't know either of those pieces of information, they have been replaced by the contact information. Now if you have a contact for an alien population, you will see the contact data on the line for that system body in the F9 System View window.

On the galactic map, you can currently show an alien race for control of a star system and also show an alien fleet present. The list of names from which you select those alien race contains the names of all the races in the game. You wouldn't have that information either, so now the list only contains the names of the alien races you have encountered and their names are those set by you in the Tactical Intelligence window. This will affect a couple of other windows as well. You will still see the full list of races in many places, for example on the fleet window or ship window,  but you won't know which of those races is the one you have encountered, because you won't know its real name. Obviously many of us play solo so we know the real name but it helps with the suspension of disbelief and the role-playing of different races.

I have added an extra section to the Squadron window, allowing you to move multiple fighters between squadrons, or unassign them, in the same way as moving ships between task groups on the Fleet Window.
