After some thought and brainstorming (and websearches for similar names), the mechs are now called "GOLEMS", or General Optimized Legionnaire's Exoskeletal Mech. And the game is called Project:GOLEM.
The Legionnaire's portion is referencing the (to be yet written) background/fluff.
One thing some had suggested was additional customization. The power core used to generate power for the GOLEM provides different advantages now.
