Time bubble button
« on: October 02, 2019, 03:45:43 AM »
Stupid question but where is the button to put a system in a time bubble when advancing time in 7.1? I could have sworn it was on the sensor tab on the map screen but can’t for the life of me spot it!

And you're sure you do not have Reduced Window Size on? Because that cuts off the Timebubble button.

Found it thanks, at the bottom of the contacts tab rather than the sensor tab. I must have gone through those tabs ten times last night so no idea why I could not see it.

Never seen this, so while we are on the topic, what does it do?

It stops the game advancing time in any of the other systems so you get a massive performance boost in terms of turn processing time. On bigger games its invaluable when you are down to 5 second ticks and don't want to be waiting ten seconds for each tick to process.
