Missile construction cost

So i designed this missile for my first PDC, notice the costs.  But when i try to build it, it requires 350 uridium.  Is there something i'm missing, it's just for the first missile or is it a bug?

Sounds like a bug. Are you using v7.10?

v7. 10, yes.   And here is the screenshot of the 350 cost i forgot to upload.
