Getting Troops out of the drop modul

Just what it says in the title, how can I get troops out of a drop module? I just used a dropship to enter a enemy ship and now I'm unable to get the troop back into the transport bay back in the parentfleet.

Those troops are prepped for an assault and cannot be gotten out of the drop module. Just have them drop on a colony on some rock, and pick them up again.

Looked to me like he was asking how to get them back to the drop module after taking an enemy ship... btw... if that isnt what he was trying to ask... I'm asking it now

No, getting them back to the drop module was easy (it even continued after chancelling the order)

Oh, in that case(that I should have read) those troops are probably the new crew of the ship, and you won't likely be able to get them back. Repair/scrap the captured ship at a shipyard, perhaps that will spit the troops out and replace them with proper crew.

The troop sshould show as a cargo item, as if they were loaded into the ship as if it were a transport.

Is my English that bad? The troops were already back in the drop module, the question was how I get them back to the transportmodule, so no further speculation where they could be now (they are in the dropmodule, because the removing of orders works a bit strange (or already back in the troop bay thanks to Nathan_)) or if they are cargo items. So please, only related questions and other, faster, ways to get the troops back to the troop transport bay.

English isn't a great way to explain things in any event, post a screenshot if you can, that usually resolves my questions.
