So I want to start a campaign for a fiction, taking advantage of the Tolkien theme and then expanding from said. But I have no experience with this. I'd like it to be a conventional start with four to five initial empires, in a custom star system. Is there anyone who would be willing to help me understand all the many and varied space master controls to achieve this, as well as how to create races, themes, names, etc. ?
