I'm going to ask if you used the maximum available multiplie on the engines on those missiles, if not, design new ones, theres no reason to use slower engines, since fuel tonnage is minimal for most missiles.

I don't understand what you mean, I designed an 1.5 engine size and I used 2 of this for my missile (3 size). Than 1.4 WH, 0.225 fuel and 1.375 agility, total 6 missile size.

On the Missile engine design page theres a dropdown option for power/efficiency modifier, max this out.
Also if you use one engine instead of 2 you'll get better efficiency and range, fuel consumption will drop to x.29% instead of x.47%
